Casa Panciu

Placed on the piedmont steps of the Curvature Sub-Carpathians, Ţifeşti town can be found in the middle of the vineyards that form Panciu vineyard, in the Northern part of Vrancea county. Sârbilor Hill is bathe by the water of Putna in the West and the waters of Şuşiţa in the East, being a vineyard paradise where some of the best wines in Eastern Europe are produced.

The land features, balanced humidity and excellent sun exposure that the geographical position offers, make out of this grape beverage, one with the highest acidity in the country. It was not by accident that, from these same vineyards, the first Romanian sparkling wine had been produced in the 1970's.

Natura Winery is the heart and soul of the wines produced from more than 120 hectares situated in Ţifeşti, in Panciu Vineyard. These 120 hectares are cultivated with French variety grapes such as Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat Ottonel and Cabernet Sauvignon, but especially with the most renowned and beloved Romanian variety grapes such as Fetească Albă, Fetească Regală, Şarbă, Băbească Neagră and Fetească Neagră.

Since 2009, the hard work and the dedication within the vineyard capitalize the presence on the market of Casa Panciu wines. These wines obtained at the foothills of Vrancea Mountains have a minimum-content of sulphites. Much like this freatful land, placed at the conjuction of two tectonic plates, the wines are characterizes as lively and restless.
The wines from the vineyard are supported by the passion for wine of Daniel Guzu, born in Ţifeşti, grown in the middle of these renowned vineyards, preoccupied to follow the family tradition of cultivating vine and producing wine.

We have also thought of the wine passionates and for them we have built a mansion right in the middle of the plantation, where they can come and visit the winery, assist at the bottling of the wines, but also to taste our products, in a spectacular setting offered by Vrancea foothills.

We are dearly and eagerly awaiting for you to come visit us.
